At Auriel, he leads the firm's technology, AI, and automation practice, translating complex technical challenges into practical systems that teams can confidently adopt and operate.

Maverick Pugh

Maverick Pugh brings hands-on experience across operations, sales, marketing, and field delivery. His career began in the landscaping industry, where he developed a practical understanding of how customer relationships, day-to-day execution, and business development must work together to support a growing company.

Raised in a family of entrepreneurs, Maverick has contributed to businesses spanning landscaping, wrecking services, and entertainment attractions. He regularly works alongside their owners on initiatives designed to strengthen operations, reach new customers, and move the businesses forward. At Auriel, Maverick brings that operator's perspective to every engagement, helping ensure that strategy and technology remain grounded in how businesses actually run.
